I don't see my effects well

Sorry, I noticed that I can't see the effects well when I open the inventory in survival mode. I see them more or less halfway and the duration of the effect is not distinguishable; even if I reduce the screen size it is barely visible. However, in creative mode I can see everything fine. What could be the reason? Thank you very much.
