Water and Lava Can Be Placed Farther Than You Can Reach.

Liquids placed from a bucket can be placed farther than blocks can be placed (This doesn't affect powdered snow and does not work in creative.)

 To reproduce this bug you can:

1). Give yourself a water or lava bucket and a normal block.

2). Put the water in your off-hand and the block in your main-hand

3). Switch game mode to creative mode and look at a block just barely outside of the range of the block selected outline.

The water will be placed even though it is in your off-hand and you are outside of your placing reach.

note: This bug seems to work in older versions as well(as old as at least 1.18
