the bug kept teleporting me back to spawn and would remove things from my inventory

the bug teleported me to spawn after moving a few blocks and would remove my things from inventory would also spawn me at places I had spawned at a while back would randomly kick me from the game and remove blocks and stuff I had done to the game when I reloaded and would also take a while to open chests so after I click on it to work it would take 3 minutes and this is the same with buttons, crafting tables, etc.
