Unnecessary and empty entries of Trial chambers spoil vanilla style

Trial chambers would be even more vanilla in that there are unnecessary entries that can't be passed through and it makes me wonder if fillers could be used for empty entries for some structures like Stronghold etc. I think it's a bug because I've noticed it more than once.
