Please read! Huge bug and effects gameplay!

In Minecraft launcher and on java and maybe more, I've noticed that chests and blocks and even entities are glitching out or something. I will have a screenshot showing what it looks like. But also, texts/letters also tend to not function properly, on people's users it doesn't show their full user! PLEASE FIX THIS ITS BIG! it effects my game.    

 

(ALSO, I HAVE TROUBLE SHOOTED AND IT DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM) AND i have checked video settings and even reset setting to default and it didn't fix anything.
