Minecraft crash #2 20/02/2024

Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-common.toml of type COMMON for modid forge
I use the same version  than in the #1 inform, i use minecraft 1.16.5, and a few mods.
