Wind charges go through solid blocks when non-solid ones is placed next to them

When a Wind charge is thrown into an non-solid block next to a solid one, this causes the Wind charge to pass through the solid block or explode "inside" them, without causing a knockback. (For a better understanding please watch the attached video)
