Minecraft Ui Is Bugging

Ui is bugged

What I expected to happen was...:
The Ui Should be formatted correctly

What actually happened was...:
Parts of textures flashed, and my legs and left arm disappeared along with my outer skin layer

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Loaded up the game
2. Open A World
3. Inventory and

 

I've Tried completely deleting It, and it's still happening
