JVM crash in nvoglv64.dll

As of a few days ago I've been getting persistent opengl errors across all versions. This includes modded and vanilla versions of the game, as well as fresh installations. I've tried updating graphics and cpu drivers, installed the latest version of jre, and completely reinstalling the launcher and nothing has fixed the issue. The log attached is for vanilla 1.20.4 but the same error occurs on older versions as well.
