Can't maximize screen and full screen

This has been happening a long time ago starting with my minecraft launcher, when I move my mouse around things this happens (1st Picture) this was the only problem i had back then. But now 1.6 came out and i have a few more problems... the first problem is when i maximize my screen this happens... (2nd Picture) the second problem is when click f11 on my minecraft this happens...(3rd picture) and lastly the buttons are reverted notice it on picture 4 (4th picture)

Please tell me a way to fix my minecraft because my minecraft is driving me crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
