Potatoes and Carrots do not appear next to the other crops in the creative inventory

The potato and carrot items do not appear in the "Natural Blocks" tab in the creative inventory, which seems inconsistent with the other crop items, such as seeds, berries, and netherwart, which do appear in that tab.
