Fall damage caused by wind charge when holding jump

In the latest snapshot (24w07a), if the player holds jump while using a wind charge, they get fall damage upon landing. This behavior is different from the previous snapshot (24w06a), where the player didn't recieve fall damage under the same circumstances.
