Entities receive knockback from incorrect directions when being hit by projectiles deflected by breezes

The Bug:

Entities receive knockback in incorrect directions when being hit by projectiles deflected by breezes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:breeze ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}

2. Obtain a bow and some arrows and switch to survival mode.
3. Stand relatively close to the breeze and shoot it using the bow so that the arrow is deflected and hits you.
4. Observe the direction in which you take knockback.

Observed Behavior:

Entities receive knockback in incorrect directions.

Expected Behavior:

Entities would receive knockback based on the direction that the arrow is traveling.
