I can't get my minecraft world seed.

What I expected to happen was...:
I use:"/seed" and see the output of my minecraft world seed.

What actually happened was...:
I tried using:"/seed", my minecraft world dosen't respond, I think my world has allowed cheats since I ca change time etc, so I watched youtube and use "Open to LAN" as youtube video suggested, and It still dosen't respond. I think is maby I have given my self too much effects on me(it is true) or it just my minecraft world is too big(it is also true), or it ma be is because I change the key binds from:"/" to "c".

Steps to Reproduce:
1.I press:"c" it spposed to be:"/"

2.I input charaters:"seed"

3.I press key:"Enter"

4.Minecraft dosen't respond.

5.I watch youtube video for help,

6.I follow you video instruction:

7.I press key:"Esc" to enter:"Game Menu"

8.I click button:"Open to LAN"

9.I make sure it:"Allowed Cheats=On"

10.I repeat step:"1-3"

11.Minecraft still dosen't respond.
