Saturation suspicious stew now grants 7 seconds of effect instead of 7 ticks

Saturation suspicious stew grants 7 seconds of effect instead of 7 ticks (0.35 seconds).
This is was not the case in 1.20.4.

How to reproduce

1. Switch to creative game mode.
2. Go to the Foods and Drinks tab and grab a saturation suspicious stew.
3. Eat the stew.
4. Notice how it now grants 7 seconds of saturation instead of 7 ticks.
