Sculk fails to detect armor stand dispenser spawning

(Likely affects more versions, probably from the addition of Calibrated Sculk Sensors onward)

Calibrated sculk sensors set on a redstone signal of 14 should detect the 'spawning of mobs and players'. This includes players placing armor stands, but does not include dispensers spawning armor stands.
