Dispensers staying powered when they shouldn't be

dispensers stay powered after activation when the redstone line for activation is beside it

 

1. place a dispenser with a repeater behind it.
2. add a redstone line from the repeater that goes on a block next to the dispenser.
3. power the redstone line.
4. the dispenser will stay triggered and the redstone powered.
