There is no manual on the hotbar

There was originally a piece of paper in the hotbar that told you the save key, but it has disappeared in the latest version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the hotbar inventory.

Observed Results:
You'll notice that the paper that tells you how to save it isn't in the hotbar. 

Expected Results:
There is a paper just like 1.20.4.
