Wind charges can go faster if hit with a knockback sword or end crystal

The bug

Wind charges can go faster if hit with a knockback sword. This can also happen with end crystals.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Hold a sword with the knockback enchantment and a wind charge in your off-hand.
2. Throw the wind charge and hit it with your sword as soon as you can.
3. Notice how the wind charge is going faster than its supposed to be.

Intended behavior

The wind charge should move at the speed no matter what.

Actual behavior

The wind charge can go faster with hits from swords with knockback, hits from end crystals, etc.
