Side textures of top lectern element are mapped the same way instead of being adjusted for position

Discovered while testing MC-268042.

It'd be expected that the mapping would be adjusted on one side so that both match up. So instead of both sides being pixel 0 to pixel 13, one side would be pixel 0 to pixel 13 and the other side would be pixel 3 to pixel 16.
