Crafting Recipe Menu Icon Blue

The Bug

In Minecraft 1.20.4, and presumably other versions, the crafting recipe menu's icon stays blue after being pressed until the player's inventory is re-opened or until the menu is interacted with.

 

How to Reproduce

1. Open inventory
2. Click on the crafting recipe icon, or press space (any way to open it works)
3. If mouse is still hovering over the icon, unhover

       After doing this, the icon will stay with a blue icon until the player either closes their inventory and re-opens it or interacts with any button in the crafting recipe menu.

 

Likely Explanation

I do not know anything about Minecraft's code, but I would guess that this bug is caused by the inventory's movement to the left, possibly making the game think that the player is still hovering over the icon (sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm not sure how to explain it).

This has likely been reported before. However, after looking through issues from the search of "crafting recipe," none that I looked at related to this bug. I only looked through about thirty to forty, however, it may have been reported before.
