Wolf armor is used on grass

I went to the last snapshot to see the changes. My wolf was sitting in the grass and I was trying to catch him. When I clicked on the grass, the wolf's armor was gone, and the wolf's armor was gone. Later, I tested it on the grass alone and again applying armor to the grass, it is used. I haven't checked on other blocks, but I know for sure that this bug with grass needs to be fixed.
