Sprint Glitch and Unknown Lag

Hi Mojang, I recently have had trouble with unknown lag. I have no idea how it happened but please fix it! Also I have still had trouble with the "Sprint Glitch" where the screen goes in and out and is all weird. I would really appreciate the help! Thank You for your time -MCwarrior277
