Baby piglin drops 5 XPs when killed, instead of 1 XP like in Bedrock Edition

Description:
Refer to MCPE-178466, resolved as WAI, baby piglin should drop 1 XP when killed. However, in Java Edition, baby piglin drops 5 XPs just like adult piglin when killed, which breaks parity with Bedrock Edition.

Please note that this report is a parity issue with Bedrock Edition not a feature request, so it cannot be considered as a duplicate of MC-175867.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn a baby piglin
2. If XP level is not empty, use /experience command to remove all XP levels
3. Kill the baby piglin and pick up XPs dropping from it
4. Use /experience command to query XP points

Observed Results:
The XP points are 5 XPs, which means that baby piglin drops 5 XPs.

Expected Results:
The XP points should be 1 XP.
