Floating blocks with no hitbox

So it's been in my world for a few months now, and now I have some floating blocks. It happened when I was trying to import a datapack into the world folder.

What I expected to happen was...:
I deleted the datapack from the folder so expected the problem to be fixed.

What actually happened was...:
Nothing went away and it was the same as before.

Steps to Reproduce:
There isn't a way to recreate the bug, unless you have the same datapack.
