Copper bulbs have no delay

It seems weird that the copper bulb doesn't have any delay in it's action. That a redstone bulb can turn on instantly kind of makes sense, as it doesn't do any "processing"(it just turns on, whenver it's powered. For the copper bulb however seeing as it processes the redstone signal (effectively beeing a T-FlipFlop) it should have some sort of delay. If that delay is only 1 game tick that's awesome, because it allows for more creativity in the redstone world. But if you really hate the 1 tick idea, make it 2 ticks. No delay feels broken.
