Scoreboard values are not displayed in the player list if players are in spectator mode.

When a player is in spectator mode, their score is not shown in the list.

Steps to reproduce
1) Use the following commands:
/scoreboard objectives add test
/scoreboard objectives setdisplay list test
/scoreboard players set @s test 132

2) Change the game mode and view the list of players.
