i went the the play use the eye of ender lead me to and i dig a lot and can't find the stronghold

more on that i tried two worlds a world that was freshly made and one that i have been  working on it  for months till i came to this isusse for the stronghold not to spawn in the both worlds creative and survival. in the photos u can see nothing is in the radius of the area where

both are leading. All the locations for the eye of ender and it keepis going to the level Y-1 on the cord
