Hostile mobs are spawning during daytime

Hostile mobs spawn in daytime

I created a new VANILLA survival world on a random seed on normal difficulty to play. I chopped down a tree and went to a plains biome where zombies, skeletons, creepers and spiders started spawning. Dead mobs were burning but spider were angry like at night. I created 2 more worlds with different seeds and there were no issue. 

To trigger you need to enter 5519661193421880 in seed box, chop a tree and go to nearby plains biome.
