A solution to the copper bulb

The redstone community has gotten annoyed with the change to the copper bulb that removes the 1 game tick delay.

 

I suggest to have it so that different levels of oxidation mean different levels of delay

 

Example:

Normal - 0 gt

Exposed - 1 gt

Weathered - 2gt

Oxidised - 3 gt

 

This also makes sense as a rusty bulb would work worse than a new one and will allow redstoners to have access to move exact delays/
