NBT size limits were removed in some packets

The following network-serialized data previously had a size limit of 2097152, but are now of unlimited size (or, more precisely, 2**63-1) in 24w03a, an increase of more than 4 trillion times. This is caused by the new packet codec system specifying unlimited size where 2097152 was previously used.
