Arrow reflected by breeze can only damage entities for 2-4 damage

The Bug

When you near the breeze, then shoot an arrow on breeze, the arrow will be reflected, but can only deal 2-4 damage.

How to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze and obtain bow and arrows.
2. Closing it.
3. Shooting at breeze.

Expected Behavior

The arrow deals same damage as player-shooted arrows.

Actual Behavior:

The arrow only deals 2-4 damage.
