The Bug:

Projectiles lose their velocity when deflected by breezes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze and obtain a bow and some arrows.
2. Fully charge the bow and shoot an arrow at the breeze.
3. Watch the arrow's velocity closely as it's deflected by the breeze.

Observed Behavior:

Projectiles lose their velocity when deflected by breezes.

Expected Behavior:

Projectiles would maintain their velocity when deflected by breezes.
