No element is focused when opening the statistics screen using keyboard navigation

The Minecraft snapshot 24w03a changelog mentions that "the default focus is now always set when entering or exiting any menu while navigating using tab or arrow keys," but this behavior is not seen on the statistics screen, unlike other screens. Pressing 'tab' navigates to the 'general' button as with mouse navigation per MC-260921.
