The world loading square is no longer bigger than it previously was

The Bug:

The world loading square is no longer bigger than it previously was.

This is likely intentional due to the spawn chunk changes introduced in 24w03a, but I think the square should be made bigger to fit the new spawn chunk radius.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world.
2. As the world loads, look at the world loading square.

Observed Behavior:

The world loading square is smaller.

Expected Behavior:

The world loading square would be the same size.
