It takes at least 2 players to check for this bug.

1. Go 1 player to the Nether or the_end
2. Other players summon two Evokers to the overworld
3. run to command /damage @e[type=minecraft:evoker,limit=1] 0 minecraft:arrow by <"Players in the Nether">
