minecraft doesn't show the skin and multiplayer doesn't work.

At first I noticed this bug only because my skin didn't appear in game, but i thought that this was simply a connection problem. After a week, nothing was changed. I started to worry, also because I noticed that all the server was offline. I understand that this was not a connection problem because all other activities I performed using the connection (even on the same device) were very smooth. I try to send an Email to minecraft support and I very liked how this service was available and professional, but at the end they told me to write this report through this site. I still need help, so please, give me some tips.
