Lost a lot of my progress and is acting super weird.

I went into a nether portal and said i died to a creeper and killed one of the villagers in my iron farm. It also spawned me into a place not in my regular nether spawn and when i went out, it spawned into a random place. I lost some of my progress and it is acting super weird. Please get my progress back.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected to get into the nether and do stuff.

What actually happened was...:
it said i died to a creeper and lost some of my progress.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I went into the nether.
2. ... Right when it says loading world, , make a creeper blow you up.

3. ... It should be really hard to do because you have to get an exact timing.
