Drowneds summoned with commands holding a trident with enchants does not work

Summoning a drowned with the command

/summon drowned ~ ~ ~ {HandItems:[{id:"minecraft:trident",Count:1b,tag:{Enchantments:[

{id:"minecraft:loyalty",lvl:3}

,{id:"minecraft:channeling",lvl:1}]}}]}

and switching the gamemode to survival, notice how the drowned does not have loyalty or channeling applied to the thrown trident.
