Multiple Shrieker Activation Display/Auditory Issues.

What I expected to happen was...:
Shrieker set off should have produced Shriek particles, made sound, darkness effect, and had caption about the shriek, in addition to caption 'Warden Advances'.

What actually happened was...:
Shrieker set off, but solely had caption 'Warden Advances' and nothing else. No particles, no sound, and no darkness effect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unsure. Most shriekers do work as intended. Some do not. Playing on multiplayer server, and 2 today (night of 01/04 to morning of 01/05) experienced the error. No others did, but other error did occur, making a separate ticket for that.
