Closing the game when a world generates spawns you in a different place

When you create a new world, when you close it when it reaches 90% or so, and then re open Minecraft and go back into the world, you spawn in a completely different place than the expected spawn. For example, the seed spawned me near x = 0, y= 0, and z = 0 in a cave
