Can't remove rebalance trade datapack

I disable the datapack but the villager don't want to trade me every book in the game 

What I expected to happen was...:
i want trade every book in the game 

What actually happened was...:
trade me onlythe book of the new trade table

Steps to Reproduce:
1. active the datapacl rebalence trade
2. disable it
3. try to trade but not work
