Items dropped by Campfires can "phase" through surrounding blocks

In some cases, the items dropped by campfires can phase through surrounding non-full blocks. This causes them to be thrown around erroneously. 

This also occurs with brewing stands when brewing dragons breath, as it causes an item to be dropped in a similar fashion. 

This seems to be an issue with Container#dropItemStack.
