Minecraft Tamed dog teleport in a farmed block.

My friend has some tamed dogs that like to come and try to hurt me when i punch my friend, I did not punch him this time but only one of his dogs came and teleported to him. The dog teleported into a tilled soil that was on the edge. We do not understand why this happened so ya....
