Cherry Cape still on Bedrock but not Java

November 6th of 2023, i created a bug saying that i didn't receive the Cherry Cape on Java but i did on Bedrock as MC-266400 shows you. But, someone said to me that the capes were still rolling out and i needed to wait and closed my issue. It's been almost a month and still nothing.
