Did not receive Cape as I should have

Hello!

Hope you are having a great holiday season. This year I participated with my account in the mob vote, go armadillo!! However, I did not receive my cherry blossom cape as promised :C I have had this issue before as I was supposed to receive the bedrock cape for owning both java and bedrock on the account but never received that one either. I know you all are very busy this time on year so i was wondering if this could be a quick and easy fix. The account associated with these lacking capes is ThePlantCharmer
