Duplicatin bug

First sorry my eng its bad try explane correct way this bug . Have practice make regularity my saves archiv with winrar , but happen  duplicate bug . When explore one drowned kill me  and chose go to title menu not respawn . After go minecraft menu extract  winrar save and replace world folder . Start my world again before start exploring , and when get to place where die  see all my drop items .
