Character suddenly moving forward when not touching keyboard

My character, while flying in creative suddenly starts moving forward when I am not touching the keyboard. It has happened twice and will probably happen again. The only way I can stop it is to close Minecraft, Reopen the launcher, And then go back into the game. I don't know what is happening and hope it is fixed soon.
