Shift double-clicking while holding the same item on your cursor doesn't transfer items

Usually, when you hold a stack on your cursor and shift double-click on other items they transfer all the items to either your inventory or the container. 

This works fine unless you are using the same item on your cursor that you are shift double-clicking, 
for example. a chest has stacks of ice, picking up a stack on your mouse and shift double-clicking doesnt transfer anything.

it appears that after single shift-clicking an item without having another on your cursor once then you can do the above until you exit the container, after which the bug appears again
