Armor stand interaction points do not change with scale

When increasing or decreasing the scale of an armor stand the points you interact with do not change, making it difficult to add/remove items.

What I expected to happen was...:
The interaction points should change with scale.

What actually happened was...:
The interaction points did not change.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place an armor stand
2. Increase or decrease its scale with /attribute
3. Attempt to add and remove items as normal
